The second annual World Peace Week runs from Guy Fawkes Day, Nov. 5th to Veterans Day, Nov. 11th. The idea is for one breath of peace in a calendar bristling with half a dozen warlike holidays. Motto: "When we know more about war, We'll have no more wars" -- to preserve peace and democracy, people have to learn how fake war provocations work. Kevin Barrett starts his new Truth Jihad talk radio show Saturday on RBN Live on Nov. 18, and on GCN Live on Mondays and Fridays on Nov. 20th. University of Wisconsin professor Barrett attracted national notoriety for his robust response to neocon critics of his syllabus for a course on Islam. It brings up the prevailing view among Muslims that 9/11 and the "War on Terror" are works of the CIA. Tarpley's has outsold the other four by far and is already going into a second printing. A deal for an Italian edition is near, and a Spanish translation is in progress. Publishers in other languages, especially German, Russian, Indian, Japanese and Chinese, are sought. Progressive Press has plans to grow its own Spanish-language arm. The next blockbuster, The Nazi Hydra in America, will be on display at the Guadalajara book fair later this month. It's a 300,000 word rewrite of the victors' version modern history, that traces the roots of fascism then and now to the Anglo-American elite. As the largest book wholesaler in the US, Ingram will make 9/11 Synthetic Terror more easily available in bookstores. Ingram concentrates on larger publishers; small presses like Progressive are usually served by the more eclectic #2 media wholesaler Baker & Taylor.
